As Senior MIS Analyst I developed
applications for the purpose of sales force automation. I also developed
an application for resale to the company's commercial roofing customers to
help them manage their roofing investment. The application has an integrated cad viewer, a viewer for roof top
photographs and scanned in warranties, as well as a query by example
module. Languages used: FoxPro 2.6 for Windows, Visual FoxPro 3.0 and 5.0,
Visual Basic 3.0 and 4.0, Microsoft Access 2.0, and Delphi 1.0. |

as a systems analyst to work on a wide variety of projects for several
clients using LINC II to access DMS II database on Unisys A series
mainframes, PROGRESS / UNIX, and FoxPro 2.6 for Windows and DOS. Projects
includedthe design and development of an integrated marketing and
mass mailing package in FoxPro 2.6 for Windows utilizing Dynamic Data
Exchange with Microsoft Word, the development of several bar code label
packages in FoxPro 2.6 for DOS that integrated a user-friendly front end
with a commercial bar code label writing package, and the development of a
complete A/R package in PROGRESS |

1993-1995 OFFICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, Middleburge
Heights, OH
The company is a medical billing service as well
as a software developer of medical practice management systems. Originally
employed as a programmer / analyst using FoxPro 2.0 for DOS and Microsoft
QuickBasic to enhance, develop, and debug the existing package. Eventually
designed and implemented a new software package. The capabilities of this
new package included the ability to handle UB-82 electronic billing
to Medicare Part A, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and Community Mutual. I also
developed a stand alone package to read spooled HCFA
1500 claims, convert them to the correct database format, and run existing
software in order to submit claims electronically using National Standard
Format. |

Formerly TWT, Medina, Ohio The company, an OEM, manufactures and services computerized dialers
used for telemarketing and telecollections. Initially hired as a
programmer / analyst to develop software using Microsoft QuickBasic, 8086
Assembler, and FoxBase+. Eventually became involved in all aspects of the
business as I acquired a 25% interest in the company. As part owner, my
tasks included new software development, system design, documentation, end
user support, system installation, and troubleshooting both hardware and
software problems. The dialing unit is a turnkey system that has been used
to interface with a variety of hosts including the DEC MicroVax and IBM
AS400. |
